Teachers forced into starvation

The protest launched by educators affected by the private sector and the interview process has spread across the country. Demiröz, a private-sector teacher on hunger strike, said, “We can’t go on like this any longer,” whilst Çalışkan, a teacher affected by the interview process, said, “They’ve left us no choice but to go on hunger strike.”
